1.3 This contract is executed in both English and Arabic and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (“Local Laws”).

3. Products

3.1 Product information is available on the Site in compliance with Local Laws.
3.2 While we take reasonable professional care to ensure that product descriptions, details, and images on the Site are accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that such information is entirely error-free or complete.
3.3 Products and any complimentary samples are for personal use only. Customers may not sell or resell any products or samples. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order that may violate these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prices

4.1 All prices shown on the Site include VAT at the applicable rate and are listed in local currency. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed before finalizing the order and are itemized separately on the order form.
4.2 Although we regularly verify the accuracy of prices displayed on the Site, errors may occur. If an obvious pricing error is identified, we will offer the customer the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
4.3 Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the customer places the order.

5. Placing an Order

5.1 Customers may browse the Site freely without obligation to purchase.
5.2 To add a product to the shopping bag, click “Add to Bag.” Customers may continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking “Proceed to Checkout.” Products can be reviewed or removed at any time before completing payment.
5.3 During checkout, customers can correct any errors in their information or modify their order before clicking “Place Order and Pay.”
5.4 Once an order is submitted, a confirmation page will appear and an email acknowledging receipt of the order will be sent, containing a summary of these Terms and Conditions, product details, price, payment method, delivery charges, the right of withdrawal, and contact information for complaints or support.

6. Offer Codes

6.2 When a code is successfully applied, the discount will appear in the Order Review section.
6.3 Only one offer code may be used per order.
