Returns and Exchanges Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused.
  • Have all tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.

You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is approved, place a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Note that the customer will bear in this case only the shipping value to replace the order and his order will be replaced if the conditions are met without any additional fees.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
